Request a return

For returning a product, please send us request for return on: info@truebrowns.com along with a photo of the product.

To initiate a return, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the seller. Please note that both the forward and reverse logistics costs associated with the return are non-refundable. Once the customer has paid the duty imposed by the Government of India on our products and we have received the product in our warehouse, the customer will be refunded the remaining amount.
